I am one of those who does not feel welcome in my own country rn, but it's important to remember that they want to make us feel this way. They want it to feel like being trans is not acceptable in their country. This is my country too and I will fight for my right to exist until my dying breath.

I'm in rural Ohio. General atmo has been darkening. My apt neighbors started treating me like a leper. It started during covid, shutdown put everyone online, fed conspiracies and paranoia. After the election it's gotten worse. I don't feel safe. Ppl are pulling back like they can feel what's coming
