Well, at least THIS litigation won't be mooted by the passage of the WE'RE ACCEDING TO ENDING CONGRESS'S CONSTITUTIONAL ROLE IN SPENDING bill some Dems will help pass today.

Nearly all the other pending SNAIL-PACED litigation will be mooted, though.

Good luck getting #47 to adhere to anything mandated by the courts. He truly believes he is above the law. I hope he is impeached for a third time and convicted; that he is finally convicted for his state election violations and that he is forced to pay his court ordered judgements.

You shouldn’t be disappointed. A lot of lawyers don’t have moral compasses. I’ve been at both ends of the legal system and found it to be pretty unethical. I wonder which firms are licking their chops at the potential client base this will serve. In fairness there are good lawyers out there. Some.

I would indeed like to see the final ruling by Judge Howell this week if possible, and let trump try his appeal next week. Then he can get another loss to his Illegal EOs list, and we'll be 1 step closer to having him shown to surpass any president ever as to being Corrupt and Unprincipled!
