Something I'm looking forward to, even if it doesn't make it into today's newsletter is your acknowledgement about the Hapsburg AI hypothesis not holding up at all with DeepSeek. They were able to generate synthetic data and it worked so far.

Honestly Ed, I'm a big fan of your work but you're asking a bit too much from your audience. How am I supposed to make time to read your newsletter when I have a body in my fridge and I don't know how to hide it from others?
I find it delightful to read pieces that take an idea, place it context, and provide an incredibly amount of evidence connecting the conclusion to the context.
That was me. But I've learnt to think of them as a form of music, with symphonic repetition and development of a few themes, rather than narrative, which helps :-)
