There is somewhat of a hack, but I don't think there is an actual stipulated option for multihandles in ATproto.
I think the hack depends on setting it up on Bandcamp's site, but not changing it on Bluesky. However, in the end, it will always show one of the handles.
it’s not a “hack” this is how at proto works. not all sites work with this though as some of them require your handle to be changed or they won’t keep the records around on their end.
In part I call it hack because of that. If you're supporting multihandles, you make it actually supported, not make it something that might or might not break. That's bad on a QA level.
Bluesky's underlying protocol supports it but it won't display anything but you first valid handle. The DID doc can have 10 handles and Bluesky shows only the 1st valid one.
However, even when your account doesn't display them they still works for tagging you (the system will find it in a lookup)
