Hi! I’m a narrative editor at The Guardian. I’m on leave now but starting December I’ll take pitches (by email plz) for long form (esp w/ narrative arc) and personal essays. I’ll write a pitch guide soon so add me and stay tuned ✌🏼

Two years ago, I sent two polite personal letters to the chiefs editors of the Guardian and the Observer about an issue of national and European relevance, and they didn't even reply.
Now, both papers have an enemy for life. 🐈🐖🦘🐘
I used to write longform pieces for Guardian UK Weekend magazine - especially true crime, corruption and scandal in the art world and unsolved mysteries. Some of these were cover stories. So I'm definitely interested
As a retired shrimp potting factory worker and professional Facebook critic currently chasing Christmas number 1, I have plenty to say. I will be keeping an eye on this.
I'd love to do something like this. This week's Masters paper is itching for a narrative spin, but then I'd lose points on my grade. Perhaps I will hold onto it for a rewrite.
I'd like a byline on media hypocricy. Here's my book: BREAKING: BAD: The Hypocrisy of the Mainstream Media and How it Elected Donald Trump https://a.co/d/3vcUrnL
I will think about it. I might have something for you in regard to Indonesia, my personal experiences, and the political changes that have happened since their independence, and the departure of Jokowi.
I've never submitted to The Guardian but I would like to write a well informed piece about the invalidation of truth verification methods in the USA and how this relates to our current information crisis. Interested to see the pitch guide.
