I’m not a subscriber or a regular listener, but in the 20 minute preview he mocks the response here and mentions a few account names.

That is clearly inciting harassment from off site.

This isn't the point, but it's also kinda shockingly juvenile? I've never read Singal, but from everything said about him I expected an affectedly tweedy, supercilious tone. But at least the screenshot transcript excerpts are in the style of a sniggering adolescent.

It's absolutely worse than I remember from him. Ill admit I read some of his stuff and listened to his podcast a couple times years ago. My initial impressions were something along the lines of him maybe being a bit wrong/misguided but not actually motivated by hatred. But that impression didnt last

With a bit of critical thinking and watching his behavior over time it became clear as day to me that riding the "reasonable liberal with reasonable concerns" line is his entire playbook, and while I often do look at what the other"side" is saying, he offered nothing worth listening to.

Reminds me a bit of the JKR situation, like when the first hints of her transphobia came out they were honestly rather mild compared to the heinous shit she gets up to now, some people gave benefit of the doubt.

Singal likewise seems to have become increasingly bitter and spiteful.

At this point, make it clear to @aaron.bsky.team @jay.bsky.team and @safety.bsky.app that we're just going to leave if they don't fix this.

I left Twitter for Bluesky, I'll leave Bluesky too. Less followers here, and way less tolerance for inaction at this point.
