https://faxzero.com used it in the past and its worked just fine or https://fax.plus
faxzero is free for up to three pages, and its pretty cheap thereafter. i think i paid with paypal

also, your library might have faxing services for free or a low cost! may require actually going into one, so i always forget to mention that one first, due to not knowing people's mobility

I've had luck at a local Staples. And some libraries have fax services you can access.

Yep. And the library where I used to work didn’t even charge for faxing. They’re paying for that data service whether you go in and use the fax or not, so you might as well!

There are some Fax apps you can download. And then send a fax from your phone.
