Re: C-section research, what I recall was that research seemed to indicate mass adoption of voluntary surgical might not be ideal b/c fetal amniotic fluid expulsion in labor was good if nothing contraindicated it (not that C-sections = worse outcomes for healthy fetuses). So IMO don't stress at all.
