Everyone involved in signing off on this agrees there’s no “return on investment” for improving Alzheimer’s diagnosis if transgender patients are involved. Valuing lives at zero.

I think that grants awarded from Dec 2022 are in danger. That termination clause was not present in the 2021 NIH Policy Statement.

It was a drastically broad change. In 2021, Section 3 had anti-discrimination rules for gender as well. So a complete change since 2021.

This is devastating and totally not justified. In my opinion the termination is based on political biases as it is a transgender related study?
