And poisoned you.

HUSH! I made rhubarb compote bars last summer, and they were delicious!

Rhubarb is delicious, sorry

But the pie is good, if you don't look at it while you're eating.

also the leaves are poisonous, but not the stalks

And it wasn't like anyone was that keen on celery to start with...

I've upset the rhubarb truthers.

Rhubarb is proof of a kind and loving god, and i'll tolerate no slander of it.
Raw stalks dipped in sugar? Heaven

But tastes delicious when cooked down with strawberries

And then people decided to make pie with it 🙃 (it's actually not that bad surprisingly)
