I made a pot of pintos with smoked ham and went over and asked my 87 year old neighbor, would you like some.
She just nodded YES! Just needed to spread some kindness today. That is how I deal with this.
I handle feelings the same way. I know that if I do something kind for someone else, that will lift me up, right along with them
I hope the ice melts pretty quickly!
