Ha ha! Little bugger can hit too! I coached t-ball one summer back in the 90s when my son was about this guy's age. Felt I had to pitch in and not be one of the sitting and complaining parents. It was a NIGHTMARE getting those kids pointed the right way, and the parents were just as bad.
I'll never forget my son's 1st game. Casually picking rocks out of the dirt while a ground ball rolls right past...not a care in the world. Later in the same game chatting up with a girl friend from his school on 2nd base. Same thing...ground ball right past the 2 kids having a conversation.
When my son was that age and trying every sport, in the middle of a soccer game he saw an ice cream truck go by. He stopped mid game and yelled over to his dad and me if we could get ice cream after. We knew soccer wasn't his game
He did eventually choose ice hockey and baseball, excelling in each. Eventually he gave up baseball because the game was too slow. Sure, because ice hockey cost us a fortune.
Walk up songs for tee-ball? Games must last a lot longer than when our boys were tots. 🤣. It was hard enough keeping them focused on the game 20+ yrs ago.
I think I remember seeing this on a much more hateful platform and amidst all of the macho comments someone in the know said this league has one game per season where the kids get to have walk up music and be silly.
