Avianca used to have a great system where the steward/ess would just stand to block rows off so if row 1-8 are getting off they just stand in row 9. Unfortunately, they seem to have stopped though

Debarking the plane should be like a wedding. You have to wait for a pilot and flight attendant to come to your row, than you for coming and then dismiss you from the plane
