Don't know why you're that sure. Being four-five points underwater is a big deal. Also he'll probably never drop below 35-38 depending on samples, consistently, unless they cut ss medicare. Cutting others won't hurt much

Authoritarianism is fundamentally rooted in majority popular support and is more fickle to the whims of public opinion than democratic systems.
