I get the anger, but I believe and I hope this is correct, that some of the Dem leaders are trying to say lets pick the right battles that resonate with the largest sample of Americans to get back into the Whitehouse, Senate and the house, so we can right the ship and not let it all die.

If we continue to pick multiple battles (no matter how important and true to cause) that dont rest in the minds of all the population, we weaken our power and strength. We need 3 to maybe 5 points that resonate and keep hitting it home. The rest will follow when we can actually make it happen.

I don't want to be in a party that doesn't respect trans people, and I think a big majority of people who won't vote for Trumpists agree. We're looking for representatives who will stand up for rights even if it makes some other people sad.

If we can win the majority of them we can make things right once in Power. If we are fighting all battles we lose because we are spread too thin is all.
