I raced to google to see and yes, more than half were IVF but not all, so I’m still grossed tf out.

It doesn’t seem like he spawns children in the ‘traditional’ fashion.
The historical record seems suggest that has a preference for IVF, via most of his partners since his first wife.
‘Sleeping with him’ doesn’t seem to be his preferred method of replication.
I have pondered on the reasoning.

I think muskrat is trying to create his own master race, waiting for someone to fall pregnant naturally ruins his timeline. This only serves to baffle me more about the women choosing to have his children.
