H1B permits legal indentured servants.
"Work for our company for what we pay, or leave the US."
And that pay is much less than what an equivalent American
worker would make.

I put 13th Amendment, Section 2, because Elon and Vivek seemingly reference these people as if they should be treated as 'indentured' - which would seemingly trigger the 13th Amendment, Section 2, as they likely did not take the jobs with the expectation of being 'indentured'-Meaning congress & law.
