@kagi.com is a great search engine with no ads. You pay a subscription fee, and user searches aren't tracked or sold. You can block sites from appearing in your results, and up/down rank sites that use AI too. And they can filter out AI images!

I normally use Kagi, I noticed this happening with duckduckgo too. I wish the search engines were better at detecting it.
