So, it's kind of a grey area. The Constitution says "In all criminal prosecutions."

Immigration court is a funky thing and they will likely argue it is not a criminal case, thus, you don't have the right to counsel.

Does anyone know if there is case law on this?

It isn’t, technically. Immigration proceedings are not criminal trials - they’re civil administrative proceedings. You don’t have a right to counsel in that setting. The pretty conservative immigration bill Trump spiked last year would have changed that.
