I'm not a huge 2A fan. But if I understand correctly, 2A is a civil right, and everyone in America has the same civil rights, regardless of immigration status, unless they have a felony conviction. Or no?

As an institution, the NRA really only *wants* to protect "Fudd" firearms activities (pretty much just hunting & old school target shooting) while leaders syphon member dues to buy luxury items & take expensive vacations. It's had to be dragged into being as activist as it is by its membership. >

Turns out that the constitution says absolutely nothing that privileges citizens in the application of their rights. You might like reducing the rights of non-citizens but this judge is just making stuff up. Hard to believe anyone does not disagree with that brand of judicial activism.
