Since deleting my Twitter account the other week, and with a much smaller following on here, it's going to be harder to promote, so any boosts very helpful
No audio book sadly. Each illustration is in its own section and the text in that section starts out by describing the diagram. So hopefully that will work for ebook readers using a screen reader. I'll check when I have a kindle version to try out (not been created yet)
I suspected the audiobook wouldn't be possible! I'd be really keen to read this but tend to yawn after 2 pages of even the most interesting text these days! Hence, audiobooks but maybe this is one for annual leave weeks!
1) readers don't have to read the chapters in order (although worth reading the intro and preface)
2) the 30 illustrated design patterns and 10 strategies stand alone
3) the main points for each section can be used as a quick reference
Pre-ordered and very much looking forward to reading it 😁 We began to scratch the surface of what it would take to become a platform organisation in Bristol back in early 2016, but the work got shut down before we could really try anything and learn from it.
I’ve ordered my copy and I’m looking forward to reading it! Sam, from the publisher, emailed to let me know I’d entered the wrong postcode. Very helpful.
