NOAA/NWS forecasters use radiosonde data for their forecasts. they are only taken at regional scales, so losing them in one location and certainly two is not good, especially when the two locations are both in the northeast.
helps with freezing levels, measuring instability in the atmosphere, etc.
I will not pay for Accuweather or any other weather subscription. I don't trust them as I did NOAA and NWS scientists. Science has a good system called the scientific method that helps mitigate bias and relativism. That's important in geological, atmospheric and oceanic predictions.
and their forecasts are largely model based, whereas local NWS forecast are by humans using intelligence to interpret multiple models and apply other knowledge of local variables, history, etc. to produce better than a computer forecast.
so Accuweather couldn’t replace it even if you did pay.
Yeah. I mean, who needs to know if hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, droughts or life-threatening heat/cold are heading their way— right? I'm sure Trump can remove any danger with a map and a Sharpie.

Will it be the fault of "The Government That Never Works"?
Will it be the fault of "Trans and Gay People Existing!"?
The answer is, of course, always yes.

Work for Trump with COVID, no?
