Yeah, the same thing happened to my Lipton Instant Tea. I hate brewing tea. A private equity firm, CVC, bought it and then no more instant tea and now I have to brew tea bags. I liked life before these rich b*stards formed and ruined everything.

Basically the Eddie LampSHART route with what he did to Kmart and sears when he massacred them. Obtained them under the impression he was going to save them but in actuality he was only in it for the IP and the real estate Kmart and sears owned. He closed all the stores and sold all the leases.
