Stars with several times the mass of the sun or more have lifetimes of less than 40 million years, so some of them are definitely not still there (but the low mass ones definitely are).

There are about 6 trillion miles in a light year, so the distance to this galaxy is about 240 million trillion miles. In the U.S., 10^20 is a hundred million trillion (I think the U.K. uses a different definition of trillion).

You should put more explainers here for people. Like the fact that 400 million light years is how long it takes to get to our eyes and telescopes. But only relative to us For light there is no time. At light speed time stops. Hence we can never achieve it.
