A $2,000 cap will help a lot of folks.

But for folks who DO have a Medicare D supplement plan, as millions of people do, your OOP costs for prescriptions are capped at $2,000.

Medicare (along with Tricare) is expressly excluded from commercial savings plans.
And there's no fundamental good that comes from coupling health insurance to employment so why reinforce it?
