Jackie Johnson, the DA who declined to charge Ahmaud Arbery's killers has been granted a directed verdict on all counts in a case accusing her of obstructing the case and violating her oath.
This result reflects staggering incompetence on the part of the prosecutors.

However, she was never administered that oath, which was NOT EVEN LEGALLY ON THE BOOKS in 2010.
Which is to say, the State accused her of violating an oath she never took.
No choice but to acquit.
But they testified that they never spoke to her and had already decided not to make an arrest.
Just a ridiculous case.
And to continue to prosecute in the face of that damning fact seems like misconduct to me.
But I'm just a civil law guy.
Never attribute to incompetence what can be easily explained by malice, corrupt collusion and treason.
Hang them from the same tree.
