Meditation & relaxation training won't solve all, or even most, of our inflammation issues-- but for people as vulnerable to chronic inflammation as trauma survivors are, any & every tool we can develop to manage sympathetic nervous system activation can be useful.

What is your definition of ‘chronic inflammation’?
That kind of non-discerning “acceptance” without honest evaluation is what leads kids to believe wrongly that they were abused or have PTSD or “narcissistic” parents. Ruins families.
It’s hokum. Pseudoscience. I don’t trust anyone who uses that kind of terminology.
