Women are always scrutinized for what they wear while everything else about them (intelligence, ideas etc.) is dismissed. I rarely see articles being written about what a man is wearing, but when they are, the man's clothing choices are imbued with some sort of mystical message. 🙄

Men often dismiss any discussion of clothing as frivolous or unserious. Clothing is sociology, psychology, anthropology, history, economics, class.
It’s pretty fascinating stuff.

I’m no fashionista, but I found myself comparing the width of the ties and wondering if RFKs was current style or not. The tie stood out along with his skin tone. I watched to see him defend himself, but was mesmerized by the tie.
