I think a lot of these brands just went under, but for the era and his profile a chunky skater shoe and a baggier pant from an old PacSun-type place would have been a little bit slicker
counterpoint: they're adorable and he's itty bitty, so it emphasizes how the haterade he is serving is CONCENTRATED. it's also just a fun/interesting/unexpected silhouette. I <3 rejecting the paradigm that short ppl should be styled to look taller, fat people to be smaller etc. down with flattering
i get what youre saying but i didnt think the silouhette wasn't interesting or innovative. they were just pants in an ugly wash that didnt look like they fit well
i know not everyone short wants to look tall etc but if you're going to go against that you have to do it big imo otherwise it just looks like youre not comfortable in your clothes
no arguing on matters of taste I guess! I would love to see him (+ men in general) in more interesting cuts, but this one is generating DISCOURSE, which seems to say it touched a nerve. I find the flares so charming—they give pure cutie patootie, which is a crazy contrast with the hate he is spewing
i get what youre saying, im seeing the vision, but in that case i want the dial turned up for it to work for me. like if he's doing that i want him to look like snooki
