JUST IN: A federal judge in Washington says she's concerned that the White House is still implementing the spending freeze that she and a Rhode Island judge have ordered temporarily halted.

Judge AliKhan is inclined to issue a restraining order.

What's worse is if you read the transcripts the prosecution was trepidatious of sending him to the can for contempt, which he rightfully deserved, over concerns it would be a PR bonanza for him.

As a work around they fined him the maximum penalty for contempt. All 1k$ of it.

We've seen this slow to act legal system over the last 4 years and it let us down then and looks like it will let us down now. Why even have a legal system if you are not going to hold everyone equally accountable under the laws?
