It may not be in the Constitution, but you can't say it doesn't capture their intent.
US Citizens:
- Enjoy full citizenship rights, including the right to vote, run for office, and hold a US passport.
- Are still entitled to many constitutional rights, including freedom of speech, religion, and due process, but may not have the same political rights as citizens.
