It was per curiam, which isn't the same as unanimous. There still could've been "no" votes, but their opposition is not disclosed.

When is the Supreme Court ever unanimous. Folks who’ve been convinced this is a free speech issue — might consider they’ve been wrong (does anyone admit that these days?! 😆), and also consider the multi-million dollar TikTok PR campaign to shape public opinion.

Per Curiam does not mean unanimous in SCOTUS parlance. We only know that Sotomayor and Gorsuch (who wrote separately) supported it, and at least 3 other justices did too.
