Mytherapy app reminds me to takey meds. The most useful bit is that after you take them and click "confirm" it shows you a picture. If later i can't remember if i took them, i can look at the daily picture, which triggers the memory of taking the meds

Can confirm! I'm not on ADHD meds any more (turns out, without the ADHD, the autism is way more obvious and harder to mitigate) but when I was taking different doses at different times of day it was super useful.

1. Oat milk maker (I control what goes in it and it takes 2 minutes to make a pitcher)
2. Whisker robot w/litter hopper (make sure to get a true Whisker litter robot bc they are verified safe - I pull a bag of litter out of a drawer and put a new bag in every 4 days. 3 cats. It’s 24/7 clean)

I wear a breathable headband/bluetooth headphones when I sleep (cheap 25-30$ on Amazon). They are almost flat against your ears and stay on pretty well. This combined with Tolstoy books on Audible are great for deep sleep.
