The panel hearing emergency appeals this month appears to be: Rao, Katsas, Walker.

All three are Trump appointees — in fact the only Trump appointees on the DC Circuit.

They are handling one of the key tariff appeals.

Consolidate cases were V.O.S. SELECTIONS, INC et al consolidated with STATE OF OREGON et al.

The District Court found the CIT did not have subject matter jurisdiction, which means the appeal goes to the D.C. Circuit, not the Federal Circuit. I believe CIT case itself was a consolidation of a couple of cases (25-00066 was brought by businesses, and 25-00077 was brought by states).
