(the short in the second screenshot happens to be saying "unlike the US government which is taking away our freedom of speech", and the top comment goes no politics please...)
If I sign up for it and make a lot of references to the bravery of Tik tok users mirroring the student protests on June 6th 1989 or the umbrella protests, how quickly will I be banned?
Some users on Red Note saying specifically to their new American brethren that criticizing our (US) government is okay and welcomed, especially after hearing that Americans are dealing with censorship. They were surprised that saying "deny defend depose" got people arrested and terrorism charges.
In my circles, it is starting to show cracks in Western Propaganda efforts to demonize the east. People are growing and I love it, but I hope they don’t overdo their welcome.
