I keep an eye on recommendation lists...I do help admin an award...so it's good for me to know what's up in the industry. I have seen so many lists with no brown or Black women on them, or maybe 1 token brown woman - in some cases I am that token - for full disclosure +

Not all the lists are like this. BUT A LOT, A LOT ARE. It's rather embarrassing to be honest. Because you all don't see how you are upholding facism in SFF.

When I see your lists the worth of your recs diminishes because you don't even see the lack of diversity.
