Yes. This is essentially an unconstitutional theft of power by a private citizen. Musk and his techgoons have taken operational control over Congressional appropriations authority. The result if he is not stopped - complete government control.

According to New York Times reporting as of two hours ago Musk has full and unimpeded access to the Bureau of Fiscal Service. Courts could be fully subordinated to the Executive branch as a consequence of what Musk does to and with the Treasury's internal payments system and how he redesigns it

I believe that it’s because, if there’s no payroll and bills aren’t being paid, the courts will functionally fall apart. If the executive branch uses disbursement powers as a cudgel, they can operationally shut down any office in the federal government that doesn’t fall in line

Will say a lot more in my piece but if all courts below SCOTUS issue injunction after injunction and Musk and co decide to keep on impounding payments, there is no functional mechanism to enforce those injunctions without the Supreme Court willing to hold the president legally accountable &... yeahh
