The regular drip of stories is very powerful, but a lot goes unchallenged. I know quite a few people who believe most migrants come on small boats. I suspect that view is not uncommon. And we also need to listen to local concerns, not just label people as racist or Nazi.

That's not how it works, obviously. Would I agree to *discuss* the details? Probably, yes. But that doesn't make me a "Rejoiner". And my actual expertise would be in advising on the economic implications of whatever was agreed/on offer.

You might find a potential source of the misinformation in this link somewhere. It's obviously US focused, but there's evidence of some of them working with Farage to influence our politics. Brexit being a fine example.
