Idk I’m not a defense attorney, but if my client’s accuser went on NBC ahead of the trial to admit to making mistakes and include very specific, extraneous details that can be easily debunked, alongside her one witness the father who said it didn’t happen, I think I’d be sleeping easily.

He wasn't questioned for hours by a lawyer. NBC called him to follow up on their report. He would have received a call from his daughter in the middle of the night and drivne 10 hrs to pick her up. He has no memory of it. Buzbee should have done the due diligence before putting her on TV.
