Since shifting, I've been thinking about what I miss from the "old days". I'm not sure I can define it into something tangible. I think I felt more involved in developmental conversations where someone shared an idea & others contributed. Or someone shared what had worked for them. Sadly it mutated

It was more open and collaborative, less judgmental and polarised, I think - which led to more exchange and development of ideas. Loved reading and responding to all the blogs in those early days and being part of the conversation.

I love the ResearchEd movement, but I expected it to become an explanation of why certain things work and how others could be adapted to work better. Things seemed to become more "final" which shut down discussion. A way to do things became the "only" way rather than a basis for development.
