Now to be *strictly* accurate Target in Canada was *terrible*. Stepped on every rake, shot themselves in every foot. They didn't really need any help from us.

A part of their downfall iirc was not adequately understanding or preparing for the ways that Canada is different from the US, so an instructive example for several things going on right now
