What if a PIs university has put a gag order on their profs not allowing them to fill out the form? I filled it out for my study termination, but a lot of PIs out there are being prevented from doing so.

We collect grant termination notices from many places, including some that are published by the government. Our Google form is only one source, and we don't and won't publicly identify the specific source of any information in our spreadsheet.

Unfortunately, we don't yet have a public-facing systematic way of tracking this, though our Google Form accepts grant applications that have been pulled from consideration, and we're exploring ways to present this info.
