I'd be excited to try to bring system change (and its accompanying research methods) into economic case making. Alongside place-based policy and investment, this could transform how we think of and estimate 'impact' and sustainability.

Importantly, this is an opportunity for those working in public service reform in a whole-system way to shift away from long-form polemic writing toward sharper reports that bridge gaps between research methods, professional disciplines, and place-based practice. This is where the gold lies!

Hi Joe, do we have anywhere, a decent evidence-base for systems change, at whatever scale? I see lots of examples and pockets of what seems great practice, but I’ve yet to find anything that pulls together a range of practices and outcomes in an accessible and comprehensive way. Any pointers?
