This is absolutely contrary to my experience as a federal law clerk. It identifies 3 judges, but attempts to cast doubt on the whole system. While the isolated stories described are awful, I think this does some collateral damage to the legitimacy of the judiciary.

There’s always more abuse than is actually reported, and the story does a good job of explaining why. Just because your situation differed doesn’t make it any less of a problem.
