Hope it goes well! Apologies if I'm wrong, but that looks like a genAI image - if it is, would appreciate if you'd consider not using genAI for images in future graphics and use an artist or photographer instead. Obviously disregard if this isn't the case.

Could just be a case of using a designer or someone who used genAI, or someone helped out and used it, or I could be totally wrong, lord knows I make plenty of errors in my work - it's new tech, not everyone is maybe on the lookout for it or aware of the issues, just helps to ask and talk about it.

(I guess mainly knowing lots of artists and seeing it being used more and more by people who aren't away of how it harms, my knee-jerk reaction can be just general frustration!)

Oh totally get you, there's just a lot of unknowns re: the whole area and I know not everyone is as twitchy about it or maybe as on the watch for it as I am, a lot of the use is innocent or just not fully informed, especially when it's become so widespread so quickly. No harm to have the discussion.

In this case, they are also trying to create a market for their theft robots, and that is the problem with using them, you help create the market for theft robots which the broligarchs hope to monetize or nationalise or whatever later, so don't do it, but for now, it costs them money if you do.

Mistakes happen, I could be wrong, either way genAI is still a learning curve and just want to encourage use of human-made work. Some graphic designers are incorporating it into their own work so it can be harder to identify when you're hiring or using someone.

Yes I've noticed lots of designers starting to do this, not sure how I feel about yet tbh. AI can have a place for smaller groups/organisations, but when you see the likes of An Post or the GAA (on match programmes) doing it its brutal and needs to be called out.

I make mistakes all the time, just in case it is an artist, but it does ring the usual bells for genAI which is why I wanted to ask - either way, this isn't a call out, just that if it was genAI a request that next time and in future it to use something an artist or graphic designer drew themselves.
