For anyone who uses OBS for streaming, just an FYI! If you're having problems where Youtube or Twitch or whoever says your connection is poor, but your internet is fine, it's because OBS has some bug where sometimes it changes its default output bit rate to 10,000kbps. Change it to 4000 to fix
