If the site won't give you a verification mark, I like the idea of making a short video clip, standing in front of your residence, stating you are "you". Then pin it to your page. You could include a pet or friend or family member in it too. ☺️💜🤝🕊
When I joined Bluesky, I immediately followed the fake Josh Gad. But after seeing your IG post, I unfollowed the fake one and am now following you. Maybe it will just take a bit of time for people to catch on?
Currently there isn’t a verification tag but the community here is pretty savvy about rooting out, reporting & blocking imposters. I would suggest pinning your Bluesky profile link on your Threads feed for now (and others)
Bluesky uses domains for trust / verification. If you own https://joshgad.com for example you can set that as your user name after verifying you control the domain.

I think @hunterw.bsky.social is basically running an artisanal verification service, although it seems like @flavorflav.bsky.social already took care of that for you!
