Mine has been frozen for two weeks and no one will help me! I’ve done everything recommended on the website, emailed them with screenshots… still frozen. I’ve lost all my streaks and I’m so sad.

I think I had this problem too. In one of the languages I study, I couldn’t move past this one question—the whole app would freeze. I could still do lessons in other languages. The workaround is to sign on to the website and finish the lesson there, then you can move on in the app. Hope it helps!

I am but I've been having a great deal of difficulty consistently getting the app to function. I'm able to get on my laptop but my cell phone is hit and miss even with excellent wifi connectivity. So much so, I lost my 1325 day streak. Bummer
