* mexican rice to go with the adobo chicken
* frozen veg, no need to pre-cook
* 3 kinds of chicken marinade
* 1 beef meal, 1 fish, rest chicken
it's about 3-4 hours total work per week including shopping for 30 meals
with this much chicken the extra $5 a day for protein is worth it to get the "fancy" stuff
Not the greatest thing to think about but that’s reality of industrial meat production.
Better go with the fancy stuff.
