This, I think, is the primary stress-relief of being wealthy. Not that you have money, but that you don't ever really have to think about your money if you don't want to. Imagine the mental freedom of it.
Actually, having spent a good deal of time around people with money, they usually have enormous insecurity about it. What we call greed is really fear. Money doesn’t guarantee happiness, but lack of it nearly guarantees unhappiness.
The best way to block the power that the rich have over us is to stop using money! That power would disolve away like a morning mist under a hot sun.

Sucks that we’re born into a system and required to participate whether we choose to or not. It’s not like you can say ‘I’m going to take the next 6 months off from capitalism.’
the problem isn't even the money, per se—it's what they're willing to do to gobble up even more of it. parasites and grifters, to whom money is more important than human lives and democracy. get super rich, fine, but do it with honesty and decency, is that so much to ask??
My brother in Christ, my auto payment goes 30 days over due and they blow my phone up 20+ times a day. Chill guy my landlord wanted rent first you'll get yours jeez

They are like, drug addicts with money, in a self destructive cycle seeking more, despite having enough.
When the wealthy suffer a little bit, they tend to make their servants spread around the misery with a shovel.
I meant to emphasize they aren't happy like you or I would be if we never had to worry of money again
They themselves are miserable and not happy, because of their addiction to power and money
Unless you happened on good luck and had it fall inheritance or divorce
You by definition are not happy from it, thirst for more power
